Ingredients

  • Pork Skin
  • Salt

Method

  1. Cut the Pork Skins into pieces approximately 10mm wide
  2. Soak in brine for upo to 24 hours
  3. Pour the salt water away and rinse under cold running water until all the brine has been washed away
  4. Pre-heat the oven to 200C, GM6 and pre heat a heavy iron dish.  Put in the dish the pork skin pieces.  They should sizzle and the liquid boils off quickly
  5. Cook until brown and crisp
  6. Eat warm and any left over place on paper to drain off excess fat and place in an air-tight container.
