Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

1  onion chopped

Slice a medium sized pumpkin through the middle.

Remove the seeds and discard.

Scoop out the flesh.

Ground Nutmeg

butter

black pepper

small piece of cinamon stick

Method

Fry the chopped onion in the butter until transparent.

Then add the pupkin, black pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon stick.

When the pumpkin is soft put in a liquidiser and spin.

Add chicken stock to taste.
