Baked Cod Published: Sunday, 17 January 2021 15:42 Print Ingreients a thick piece of fresh cod or more depending on how many are around the table to eat 1/4 tsp of salt 1.5 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 pinches of cayenne pepper 1 tbsp chopped parsley Method Pre-heat the oven to 200C Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Too long and the cod will become dry. Arrange the cod pieces on a baking tray or pyrex pie dish. Drizzle with olive oil, spinkle with lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately. I like this served with boiled potatoes and maybe some white sauce.
