Method
- Boil the water
- Use a ladel to gently lower the eggs into the boiling water
- Boil the eggs for the given period and plunge into an ice bath of cold water
- Then peel away the shell
Boiling Times
- The white of egg is just set and the yolk very runny - boil for 2 minutes
- Soft boiled yolk - 2m30
- Good cooked white but the egg is a little soft - 3m
- Hard boiled white and yolk 3m30
