Ingredients for Bramborové knedlíky

Method from Jiri Schneider1. Mix the bag contents with 360-400 ml of cold water.
2. Knead well and allow to rest for 3 minutes.
3. Divide into 4 equal pieces.
4. Shape into 4 sausage shaped rolls with a diameter of about 6 cm. (I make them slightly thinner.)
5. Place into boiling salted water and cook for 15-20 minutes.
6. Slice each roll into about 7 pieces. (My mum taught me to do that with a yarn - much better result than with a knife.)
