Ingredients

  • 60 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 170 g fine or medium oatmeal
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Heat the oil in the pan or frying pan and add the onion and cook until soft
  2. Add the oatmeal to absorb the oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with poultry, beef, stews, mince or grilled meats.
  4. This recipe serves four.
