Buttercream

Ingredients

• 100g unsalted butter
• 200g icing sugar
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

1. Beat the butter and the sugar together until smooth.
2. Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix in.
3. Use as a filling for cakes.
