Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 55 g butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Method

  1. Melt butter in warm (not hot!) pan. Add lemon juice to the butter and warm briefly.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon sauce over trout, salmon or other fish, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
