Vinaigrette

 Ingredients

  • 3 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp light olive oil
  • salt and pepper

 Method

  1.  Place all the ingredients in a clean jam jar and shake until mixed.
  2. Store in a refrigerator.

 I also like to add garlic, balsamic vinegar, and sometimes honey.
