Ingredients
- 225 can of tuna
- 225g of cooked French Beans
- 400g can of sweet corn
- 3 tbsp of finely diced red pimiento
- 100g sliced mushrooms
- 400g of vine tomatoes
- 4 or 6 boiled eggs
- 12 black olives
- French Dressing
- 1 red onion sliced into rings
- lettuce (mixed leaves)
But I also like to add:
- 50g anchovies the saltier the better
- cold dried new potatoes
- red pepper sliced
