Carrot and Herb Salad with Parma Ham Published: Sunday, 26 October 2014 09:52 Print Email Ingredients 150g/5½oz carrot, finely sliced 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp chopped fresh chives 1 tbsp olive oil 50g/2oz Parma ham salt and freshly ground black pepper Method Place the carrots, herbs and oil into a bowl. Season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix well. To serve, place the Parma ham flat onto a plate and arrange the carrot and herb salad on top.
