Method
- There are many different recipes for sausages and every supermarket and butcher seems to produce its own unique sausage.
- My personal favourite is for Cumberland or Lincolnshire sausage. I don't like the cheap breakfast sausages which are more like Walls Pork Sausage.
- Then there are as many ways to cook them. Grill, Fry or Bake.
- My preference is to bake them in lard until they are barely covered, but this can take up to 1 hour.
