Sausages

 Ingredients

  • sausages, 2 per person should be sufficient, unless you are greedy.

 Method

  1. There are many different recipes for sausages and every supermarket and butcher seems to produce its own unique sausage.
  2. My personal favourite is for Cumberland or Lincolnshire sausage.  I don't like the cheap breakfast sausages which are more like Walls Pork Sausage.
  3. Then there are as many ways to cook them.  Grill, Fry or Bake.
  4. My preference is to bake them in lard until they are barely covered, but this can take up to 1 hour.
