 Ingredients

  • half a white cabbage medium sized
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 4 sping onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp sultanas
  • 3 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard   

 Method

  1. Put the cabbage, carrots, spring onions and sultanas in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard in another small bowl and drizzle over the veg.
  3. Fold everything together to coat in the creamy sauce, then season to taste.
