 Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250g Greek Yogurt
  • a small bunch of coriander leaves chopped
  • an even smaller bunch of mint leaves chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juice
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 cucumber grated and lightly squeezed

 Method 

  1. Gently mix all the ingredients together and season.  Do not use a food processor.
  2. Serve sprinkled with a little garam masala

       This is a nice cooling sauce after the heat of the curry or lime pickle.
