Raita Published: Thursday, 12 March 2020 10:48 Print Email Ingredients 1 clove of garlic 250g Greek Yogurt a small bunch of coriander leaves chopped an even smaller bunch of mint leaves chopped 1/2 lime, juice 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/4 cucumber grated and lightly squeezed Method Gently mix all the ingredients together and season. Do not use a food processor. Serve sprinkled with a little garam masala This is a nice cooling sauce after the heat of the curry or lime pickle. Prev Next
