Method
- Wash and sterilis and dry some kilner jars.
- Wash and strim the stalks and cut into 3cm lengths.
- Put the rhubarb and giner and sugar into the kilner jars
- Fill to the top with Gin.
- Leave in a cool place for 2-3 weeks. Leave longer if you want a stronger flavbour.
- If all you could find was green rhubarb then put a very small amount of red food colouring in the kilner jar. Take car and you will have red paint.
