Ingredients

• 250ml whipped cream

• 2 tsp wine vinegar

• 1 tsp lemon juice

• ¼tsp mustard

• ¼ tsp salt

• pinch pepper

• 1 tsp sugar

• 1½ tsp grated horseradish
