Method
Peel the potatoes and boil with a tsp salt. Drain and dry. Add butter, pepper, milk to make moist and beat together with a fork until smooth.
Skin the tomatoes and slice taking care to take out the core.
Put a layer of potatoes in the bottom and then cover with a layer of tomatoes, and a layer of sausage. Continue in alternate layers. Put potatoes on top of the pie to form a crust.
Sprinkle with seasoning and put on a couple of knobs of butter and bake in the oven.
