Method
- Preheat the oven to 190° C.
- Peel and slice the peaches and sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar immediately otherwise the peaches will start to go brown.
- Sprinkle on the remaining sugar, cinnamon, ginger and salt and carefully mix.

- Spoon the crumble over the peaches.
- Bake until the crumble is golden and the peaches are bubbling, 45 to 50 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream, double cream or custard.
