Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C
- Heat the milk in a saucepan and sprinkle in the ground rice
- Heat until the mixture just comes to the boil and thickens. Then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sugar.
- Pour into a gresed oven proof dish and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until browned
- Serve with dobs of jam.
