Method
- Put the milk, eggs, salt and flour in a liquidiser and spin until smooth
- Cover with cling film and place in the fridge over-night
- Do not stir.
- Head the oven to Gas mark 7 or 200C.
- Put a knob of dripping in a heavy bottom tray and heat until almost smoking
- pour a quantity of the mixture into the tray and bake until golden and crip round the edges
Best served with a strong onion gravy made with the bottoms of the meat.
