Head the oven to Gas mark 7 or 200C. Put a knob of dripping in a heavy bottom tray and heat until almost smoking pour a quantity of the mixture into the tray and bake until golden and crip round the edges Best served with a strong onion gravy made with the bottoms of the meat.
