Porridge

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Medium Oatmeal
  • 2 pints water
  • large pinch of salt to taste

Method

  1. Add the salt to the water and bring to the boil
  2. Sprinkle in the oatmeal and stir continuously
  3. Simmer gently for 5 minutes or you can make it in a microwave oven. 

This recipe serves 4 generous portions.
