
| 120 g | Margarine | |
| 2 tbs | Golden Syrup | |
| 120 g | Sugar | |
| 60 g | Porridge | |
| 60 g | Self Raising Flour | |
| 90 g | Crushed Cornflakes |
Method
Heat the margarine, golden syrup and sugar in a pan. Allow to cool a little and then add the porridge, self raising flour and crushed cornflakes.
Roll out to a quarter inch thick on a greased swiss roll tin. Bake at 190 C, GM 5 for 20 minutes.
Another popular favourite with my father. How he kept so thin I will never know.
