Method
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl mix together butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time adding a little of the flour to prevent it curdling. Add the flour and mix well and then stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop in rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 190 C for 8 - 10 minutes.
This recipe says it makes 100 but there never seemed that many if father had been there first.
