200 g | Brown Sugar | |
80 g | Rolled Oats | |
95 g | Desecated Coconut | |
1 tsp | Bicarbonate of Soda | |
1 tbs | Hot Water |
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and roll into a sausage. Cut into even pieces and make into balls. Place the balls on an greased baking tray.
Bake at 180C, GM4 for 15-20 minutes.

I cannot remember my mother making these but father seemed to make them as he grew older.
