Bonfire Cake

 Ingredients
225 g Self Raising Flour
115 g Stork Margarine
115 g Sugar
1 lb Peeled Chopped Apples
Pinch Salt
170 g Mixed Fruit
1 Egg
2 tbs Milk

Method

In a food mixer using a K beater on slow speed rub the fat into the flour and then add all other ingredients.  Mix well and then put into a greased lined 18 cm cake tin.  Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 50 - 60 mins at Gas Mark 4.
