Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 60 - 80 g melted butter
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 500g soft bread cubes or crumbs
- 1 large chopped onion
- several stalks of celery
- 1 small bowl of chestnuts

Method
- In a Kenwood Mixitng bowl add the salt, sage, thyme. Add the breadcrumbs, and pour over enough water to make the bread moist.
- Peel and Chop the chestnuts, though I buy tinned chestnuts because I am lazy.
- Add the onions and chopped chestnuts and the melted butter.
- Mix well.
- Stuff the turkey or chicken.
