Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C Fan
- Lightly grease a 9 x 3 baking dish.
- Lay the Cod filets into the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl mix the butter, parmesan, flour, garlic, basil and the onion powder, dijon mustard, lemon juice.
- Cover each fillet with a large spoonful of the butter mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. (Test the fish flakes with a fork)
