Turkey Pate

turkey pate

redients 60 g Butter, melted
1 onion,chopped
350 g drumstick and wings
pepper and salt
4 tbs sherry
60 ml cream
225 g bacon

Method

Mince the turkey and mix in the butter, onion, sherry and cream.  Season to taste.  

Put the mixture into a pate dish and stretch the bacon on the top.

Bake in the oven at 170C for approximately 1.5 hours.

Note: use raw meat.
