Ground Rice Pudding

 

 Ingredients

  • 50g Ground Rice
  • 600ml Semi-Smkmmed Milk
  • 25g castor sugar

 Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C
  2. Heat the milk in a saucepan and sprinkle in the ground rice
  3. Heat until the mixture tcomes to the boil and hickens, then simmer for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add the sugar.
  5. Pour into a greased oven proof dish and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes
  6. Nice served with dobs of jam.
