Ingredients | 1 tsp | English Mustard |
1 large can | Evaporated Milk, chilled | |
2 small | Red Peppers, chopped | |
12 oz | Stilton Cheese, grated | |
pinch | White Pepper |
Method
Mix the mustard with the Evaporate Milk and whisk lightly. Add the red peppers and Stilton - season to taste.
Serve with cucumber, pepper, carrot, celery, cauliflower and crisps
