Avocado Dip (Guacamole) Published: Tuesday, 07 February 2017 12:57 Print Email Ingredients 2 large avocados 3 large tomatoes 1 small onion 150ml soured cream 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp mayonnaise salt and pepper few drops of Tobasco sauce Method Halve the avocados and remove the stones and skin. Mash the flesh. Skin the tomatoes and onion and chop finely. Add to the avocado mash. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with Pringles or raw vegetables. Next
