Method
Peel and dice the Celeriac and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes. Put the celeriac in an oval oven proof dish (or any other 1" deep oven proof dish large enough to take the celeriac etc). Pour thewhite sauceover the celeriac and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Also sprinkle with brown breadcrumbs.
Bake at 175 C / Gas mark 4 for 30 mins.
