Method

put the butter and water in a pan and warm until melted

spin the eggs in a liquidiser

put 500g plain flour in a bowl, I use the Kenwood Major
-
pour in the spun eggs
-
pour in the warm butter / water mix
-
add the salt
-
use the K beater to produce a good dough
-
wrap in cling film and place in a refrigerator for at least one hour
