Oat Biscuits

Ingredients 120 g margarine
120 g sugar
2 egg
240 g Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt

Method

Cream the sugar and the margarine and beat in the egg, adding a little flour if necessary to prevent the mixture curdling.

Add all other ingredients and kneed to a dough.

Roll out to a quarter inch thick and cut into rounds.  Spread on a greased baking tray and bake at 190 C, GM5 for 20 minutes.

A popular favorite with my father as he needed his oats!
